SHIPPING POLICY

Lost or Stolen Packages:
● Once a package leaves the warehouse facility, the Company is not liable for lost or stolen goods
● The Buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address provided
● The Buyer must file claims directly with the carrier for lost packages

Undelivered Packages
● If a package is returned to the warehouse as undeliverable, the Client must pay additional shipping fees for re-dispatch

Customer Support Window
● After 60 days from purchase, we no longer provide customer service for products.
